If I had to chose one last thing to do in my life, I'd cook for people I love and then watch them eating.

After spending my last year in Insead business school in France and Singapore with Insead culinary club I settled back in Moscow and start rediscovering its food (see the Moscow food guide).

I love everything about cooking classes, so I keep giving them whenever I can and taking them wherever I go. Lately I got lucky to visit some in Paris and Barcelona.

Vegetarian and vegan food and pastry are my cornerstones in cooking and eating. In the blog you will find my best recipes of beautiful, delicious and inspiring food from around the world.
